Perennial savory or mountain savory is an aromatic and medicinal plant, with a spicy and peppery flavor, but less strong than summer savory . It prefers sunny exposures .

It is one of the 4 herbs of Provence , ideal for accompanying grilled meats , sauces , and dried vegetable preparations .

Sowing and planting

Sowing : from April to May in a nursery or directly in place. Cover the seeds with 2 mm of soil .
Plant out the plants 15 cm apart, in a sunny location .
