Description
A perennial honey-producing aromatic , thyme is an essential condiment in cooking, for bouquets garnis , sauces , marinades , fish , meats , vegetables .
Thyme also has tonic , stomachic , antispasmodic , pectoral , etc. properties.
It is used in the composition of essential oils , liqueurs and hydrosols .
Sowing thyme
Sowing : in spring and in a warm place (min 20°C) in light , dry and well -drained soil, every 30 cm . Sunny exposure . It tolerates rocky areas. Ideal for borders .
