Description
Winter thyme is a perennial herb with larger leaves and a less pronounced taste than common thyme . It thrives in all types of soil , even poor and dry ones . It can be grown in pots on a balcony .
Sowing winter thyme
Sowing : April to June in place, then thin to 5-8 cm in the row. Renew sowing every 3 years .
Harvesting Winter Thyme
Harvest : June to July, from the following year, at the time of flowering .
