Strawberry rhubarb crumble

Strawberry and rhubarb crumble with elderflower flavor. Ingredients: 75g wheat flour 75g almond flour 75g oats 60g brown sugar 60g cane sugar 150g butter 400g rhubarb 400g strawberries elderflowers Mix together the wheat flour, almond flour, oats, brown sugar, cane sugar and butter. Clean and cut the rhubarb, place it in a baking dish and add 400g strawberries. Sprinkle 6 elderflower umbels over the flowers (optional if it is no longer the season). Lightly crumple the umbels between your hands to create a shower of flowers. Sprinkle the crumble over the fruit and bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
