This compost activator provides balanced organic manure in a few months. Its exclusive formula is entirely natural and allows the elimination and recovery of all organic waste (home, garden, livestock). The contribution of compost obtained by recycling organic waste is an essential practice in organic farming. The advantages of composting are particularly important: Production in a few months of balanced organic manure essential for maintaining the natural fertility of the soil. The land in fact becomes tired over the seasons, it is therefore essential to regenerate it regularly with quality compost. Recovery of all organic waste, the elimination of which is often difficult and costly, is thus resolved in an ecological way. The compost activator contains components of animal and plant origin which act as ferments and a natural rock whose role is to self-regulate fermentation by avoiding the risks of dehydration of the pile. This exclusive, entirely natural formula has been designed for the composting of kitchen debris and waste: vegetable peelings, egg shells, leftovers, etc.; from the garden: grass cuttings, dead leaves, grass, shredded branches, sawdust, straw, from livestock: litter, manure, etc. How to use the compost activator? Use from March to November. Choose a slightly raised square surface in the shade and sheltered from the wind, in order to facilitate the flow of excess water or better use a composting silo. Mix the different waste, if some are compact: reduce or shred them if necessary; spread them in successive layers 15 to 20 cm thick (the first layer directly on the ground). Spread 200 g/m2 of compost activator on each layer and then water. Finish the pile at a height of 1m/1m20 and cover it with a little soil. Turn the pile over to aerate it, if it becomes compact, natural humidification (rain) should be sufficient, otherwise water it. The compost will be ready after 8 to 12 weeks (depending on the nature of the waste) after having risen in temperature. It will then have a black-brown, lumpy appearance and a sweetish odor. The 3 conditions for ensuring success are sufficient humidity and aeration of the pile, an active microbial flora developed by the compost activator.
