Sowing
Sowing: from February to April in pots in a heated and bright place. Transplant the plants twice before final planting.
Plant out in a sunny location, spaced 30 cm apart in rows 40 cm apart. Celery likes well-rotted compost and wood ash.
To blanch celery ribs, tie the leaves and hill them 15 days before use.
