Description
Chicory Catalonia Dandelion grows in dense clumps. It is very aromatic. The leaves, without the stems, are eaten young, raw with tomatoes or boiled with meat juice.
Sowing
From June to July in nurseries, transplant 30 cm apart in the row, in a sunny location.
Harvest
3 months after sowing. Watering. They can be grown earlier in the season, but they germinate very quickly.
