This pocket knife will allow you to incise and peel chestnuts, but also to peel garlic cloves, or to quickly remove the pits of plums, apricots, cherries ... by making an incision on the fruit, it is thus very practical for preparing jams and tarts. Its small size allows it to slip easily into the pocket and its 4 cm bird's beak blade, pointed and short, is more manageable than a long blade and allows a movement both safe and fast for maximum efficiency.
