A delicious mix of young shoots to eat as they are or to combine in mesclun with other varieties of lettuce and young shoots!
Composition of the mixture:
- 15% cultivated arugula*
- 5% Simple common chervil*
- 15% Chicory Variegated*
- 15% Red Romaine Lettuce Devil's Ear*
- 10% Batavia Lettuce from Pierre Bénite*
- 15% Moroccan watercress*
- 10% American Spinach*
- 15% Saint Vincent lettuce*

Successfully sowing young shoots in a mixture
Sowing: Sow in place from March to August in rows 20 cm apart. Thin out and harvest the young plants for consumption.
Harvesting young shoots
Harvest 3 to 5 weeks after sowing.
