Description

An early spring and summer variety. It produces small to medium-sized heads of light to medium green color. Its overlapping leaves, with a slightly wavy entire blade and finely cut edges, have a pronounced blister. Very crisp, this lettuce is easy to grow and bolts early in summer.

Sowing Blonde de Paris Batavia Lettuce

Sowing: Sow thinly from February to July in a nursery or under cover. Transplant the plants in a sunny location into fertile, humus-rich, and fresh soil when the plants have a few leaves. Water frequently. Be careful of slugs and snails.

Lettuce Harvest

Harvest: approximately 2 months after sowing, from April to September.
