Description

Peppermint is a perennial aromatic and medicinal plant with tonic , fortifying , digestive , antispasmodic and sudorific properties.

It is used in cooking to make sauces , creams , jellies or in fruit salads .

How to successfully sow peppermint

Sowing : Sow from March to April in a nursery, then transplant in May or directly into the ground. Mint likes rich , fresh , deep and moist soil. Water regularly.

Peppermint Harvest

Harvest throughout the summer , by cutting stems to encourage the growth of new branches .
