Aromatic , perennial , vigorous, with creeping roots, its leaves are oval, green, toothed, with an apple scent. They are used in cooking for sauces , creams , jellies , and fruit salads .
Harvest all summer long, by cutting the stems to encourage the growth of new branches. It can be grown in the ground or in a pot, on a windowsill so you always have easy access to it and therefore more deliciousness! In addition, it is a very melliferous plant.
