Annual with tricolor flowers, white, yellow, and purple, from April to September, grouped in small, compact clumps about 12 cm high. Attracts bees. The wild pansy is said to have medicinal properties; its flower is edible. Sowing: from May to July. Emergence: in 10 to 25 days. Transplant in August. Water during the summer but not excessively. Plant in place (in the ground or in pots) in October, all directions, 20 cm apart. Partial shade exposure.
