Description
The Easter pink radish is a radish for every month with a beautiful pink root, long, regular, firm, pleasant and sweet flesh of very good taste quality.
How to successfully sow pink Easter radishes
Sowing: Lightly from March to August, broadcast in rows spaced 25 cm apart in loose, rich, fresh soil in a sunny location, then thin out to about 1 cm in the rows. Cover with 1 cm of potting soil. Firm down lightly. Thin out.
Remove weeds as soon as they appear. Water frequently to prevent the radishes from becoming too prickly or overgrown.
Harvesting radishes
Harvesting generally takes place 5 weeks after sowing.
Use the tops to make radish top soup.
